Returns Policy

 

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging, including any accessories or documentation.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Software licenses or downloadable products

  • Gift cards

  • Custom-configured or personalised products

How to Return an Item:

  1. Email our support team at support@valeassociates.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. You will receive instructions and a return address.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at support@valeassociates.co.uk for exchange requests.
